Had a question on internet sales

Had a question on internet sales and phone line had me on hold with endless time limits. Nobody ever answered. Like there web page says call if you have questions to there non published rules. Only no answer so I emailed. Keep in mind shoes are $ 400 so not a corner shop. Again same story. Kinda wonder are they still in business?

Ordered shoes online, came wrong size so returned via Fed Ex. for exchange. Told, no online exchange refund only. Ordered proper size and charged again. Asked when get refund for first pair? Was told 1-2 days. Emailed for returns refund. Was emailed back based on my question they repond ( 12-15) days.

I have several pairs of Allen Edmonds

I have several pairs of Allen Edmonds. I love the selection my 1st pair of 2015 was the 5th ave walnut freaking fantastic shoe beautifully made. I wore them in a fashion show with a green double-breasted suit and I had green strings.

Awesome experience

Awesome experience! Shopped in the KOP store on the busiest day before Christmas and got amazing service from Timothy Fournier. Super knowledgeable about the products and helped us find the best dress shoes.

Terrible business!

Terrible business!! I have not encountered such experience ever before with other company! Did not tell me that the item is backordered until I realized they never sent me any shipping information after more than 2 weeks of waiting and emailed them to ask. I called customer service but was never able to speak to anyone.

GREED ....... Not a good option for doing business !!!!

I saved a pair of shoes online till I could buy on Cyber Monday. On Monday I called to place order. Their Rep told me this is a discontinued item and they wont make it any more.

I bought a pair of Alpine Derbys

I bought a pair of Alpine Derbys. They are a dress shoe with a recraftable heel and sole. I was buying Thorogoods, but when the heel wears out after a year or two you have to throw the whole shoe out. I wore the Alpine Derbys for a week, and the heel started to separate.
