I highly recommend working here if you are in need of a job with a flexible, adjustable schedule. The environment, working with peers is always fun, you will be standing at all times of your shift unless you're put in the phone room to answer phone calls. Management for the most part is fine, some days when the cinemas get booked out there can be some issues here and there trying to get in contact with Managers when needed, other than that the managers here are cool and work hard in their field.

Not the best experience... Working at a movie theater can certainly be a lot of fun but the managers were pretty awful at my location. There was a lot of favoritism where I was and a ton of inappropriate relationships among management and employees. No opportunity to move up at all unless you were favored. Overall, my fellow employees were really cool. A few weren't but that's to be expected. As always, your job experience often depends on who you have to work with. Also, the company went public so that was a negative.
