After a ton of hours trying to figure out how to request a trade in Madden 22 Face of the Franchise mode, I’ve reached the conclusion that there is no feature to request a trade to another team. However, there is a way you can switch teams. It involves a quite lengthy process. Here’s how you can switch teams in Madden 22 Face of the Franchise.

I feel like there has not been an option to request a trade in a FoF mode of Madden since 2006 End of rookie contract is 4th season. There isn't a "request trade" but there has absolutely been a "Demand Release" causes i use it frequently when i get drafted by teams like New York Jets/Giants or Jacksonville

same thing happened to me. I put a player on trade block and received several offers. When i try to accept them, i get the same error message "the draft pick is no longer available" season 3 of offline franchise playing the 49ers

I realized I hadn't saved my game after this error appeared, so I loaded it back up. Made a different but similar trade to the original one I made that started the issue (a first round pick for a CB), which was accepted and successful. The issue then came right back, and I can no longer make trades.

Hey buddy, I was just dealing with the same problem. After messing around with it a little while it seems to me that they cap off your picks at 25 per draft. I've been doing the same thing as you. Re building, and trading picks foorward. I'm in my 11th season, and now I just ran into this problem. I fixed by simply giving away picks.

I traded 3 7th round picks for a 4th and now trades seem to go through again. Thank you so much for the suggestion!

I just finished my first season with the Jets. I didn’t see an option to ask for a trade or release in the off season.

This is so damn lazy. You will only get drafted by 3 teams.. and once you are, your stuck. Who the hell thought that was a good idea??

There is a demand release option in the settings area after the Super Bowl in the off-season, but you have to finish your rookie contract which is four years.
