They were at one time a small company with a few stores. Now they have gone through a rapid growth to over 70 locations in 3 states. However, they have NOT adjusted their culture, to meet the needs of a larger company.

CWL Investments shown to be a more strict company, but working at Jimmy John's was always very pleasant due to my co-workers. Management at the store I worked in turned over very frequently and displayed a little bit of desperation. Management lacked effective communication all the time and made the job a little harder for everybody.
