Great company to work for but you are never home to spend time with family. The company has been around for just about 100 years. In 2020 will be the 100th anniversary for Snap-on tools.

snap on is a fair company but the over all structure of certain route's is not enough to sustain a franchise some route's have a lot of miles to travel and you have to be able to compensate for that expense and time behind the wheel.

Mobil tool franchise route. ran a route of 100 mechanic shops with customers interested in buying automotive tools. Loved the customer service and dealing with customers. Overall I loved my job but did not enjoy or trust the Corporation Snapon.
