I have worked here for over 15 years. When the new owner took over I was skeptical about how the company would hold up.
Company With Great Vision
Company was purchased almost a year ago. The new owner is consistently making positive changes such as pay raises, bonus incentives and a more professional atmosphere. The business of transportation can be very stressful, but positive attitudes and teamwork seem to get any immediate situations handled.
A 40 year old company going through a great deal of modernization and change
The company was recently purchased by a new owner who is working to bring in new technologies, new practices, and drive a new culture. There is lots of changes happening here but I believe it is going in the right direction. As it grows there is room for advancement if you are willing to put in the hours and the effort.
Run the opposite direction!
They work you like a dog for minimum wage and always manage to find a reason to short your hours. There is no job security. You'd think that after a number of years there you wouldn't expect every day to be your last, but that's exactly the environment it is.
