Typical Retail Job

Worked part time and seasonal. Busy during holidays but not crazy otherwise. Lean staff so hard to find shift coverage or switches. Lots of folding, great discount

Horrible management

Micromanaged. Seems like there is no management training done. Often worked 50+ hours a week and my time wasn’t appreciated or respected. Little career advancement opportunities.

Low pay lots of work

Good for leadership experience , but honestly so grossly underpaid. Especially being in New York there are so many other options that pay way better.

Wasted time working hard

It was good for a short time and went downhill very quick. Work but no compensation or room to grow, the opposite. Great team but bad management.

Great part time job

Management is great and relaxed. The Employee discount is really good if you already like the brand. The only complaints I have are the amount of shipment and some weekdays can get boring if you don't see a lot of customers. If you're just looking for a part time job or some extra cash, I highly recommend it.

Very Fun Place to Work

This job is perfect for someone in school and needs some extra money. Pay could be better but overall loved the job and the company merchandise. Teaches good responsibility. Very good first job.

Fun work place

I liked working here for my first highschool job, great discount on clothes. I also liked that when I went to college they were flexible with my scheduling.

Collars stretched out

I bought two of VV short sleeved, V-neck striped t-shirts. They were a little under 40$ Per shirt. After the FIRST wash the collars on both had stretched out. I can’t seem to reshape them either. I’m super frustrated and don’t have the receipts so I haven’t tried to return them.

I have been a customer of Vineyard Vines for years

I have been a customer of Vineyard Vines for years. However, their return policy is incredibly inefficient and archaic, at best.

Nashville store rocks!!!

I recently visited the Nashville store to make some online returns from Christmas. As always they were so very helpful and friendly. The delightful employees on this day were Jill & Josh. I often place orders online and then take any returns to my local store.

Wrong product supplied and no answer from 'customer service' on issue

I recently ordered a Men's Custom Shep Shirt (Navy) with an American flag on the shoulder and a whale with a Santa’s hat on the chest. The order was confirmed by Vineyard Vines during checkout. Because it was a 'Custom Shoe Shirt' it was expensive. That’s what I ordered and paid an extraordinary sum for.

Just received my t-shirt

Just received my t-shirt. The black lettering and whale outline is not solid. It looks like the ink was low when it was made.

Terrible customer experience

Terrible customer experience! Never buying from them again. Bought a button down shirt with a discount over Labour Day weekend, but it was never delivered even though I got a confirmation email. Two weeks later, when I tried calling the number on the email, it was not working.

Very poor customer service

I purchased a hoodie and asked to return this for a smaller size. All my emails ( apart from 1 ) have gone un- answered. It’s not possible to complete a return form via there web site because it doesn’t allow for the uk post code to been entered into the form. I will keep you posted on there response
