Is Tyrell mentioned in Blade Runner?

The domineering corporations in both Alien and Blade Runner are similar, although Weyland-Yutani is never mentioned in Blade Runner and the Tyrell Corporation is never mentioned in Alien, that does not mean that they do not exist. It could be that Blade Runner occurs earlier in the timeline than Alien and Tyrell is bought or merges with the Weyland Corporation (Prometheus) or the Yutani Corporation (Predator: Requiem). There is a contradiction in how to explain the differences in the artificial humans in Alien and Blade Runner. The replicants in Blade Runner seem to be much more glamorous in Blade Runner than in Alien, but keep in mind that the artificial humans in Alien are military-industrial complex workers, so they are not intended to be as glamorous or exotic as the artificial humans in Blade Runner, although Roy Batty was indicated to have been a combat model, we can take this to mean that Batty was a working soldier in the field, not an officer on a commercial vessel or a supervisory officer with a specialized combat group. I would also add that Batty and the replicants that were with him in Blade Runner are experience a sort of ontological evolution which is taken further in Blade Runner 2049. The artificial humans in the Alien franchise seem to be able to gain knowledge and awareness, but not necessarily override or overcome their preprogrammed directives, namely the collection and preservation of potential weapons. I would also argue that David, in the later Alien films, seems to have experienced some sort of programming crisis in that whatever inhibitions he had to preserve human life has been altered by him or by some event not shown in the films to a directive of his own choosing in which he decides who is worthy to live and who is not worthy.
