Great work environment with caring managers

The job has definitely become more stressful as there is less staff lately but if you can keep up there is decent money to be made with flexible hours and a inclusive work environment.

Very fast paced but great coworkers and pay

I would best describe this position as high stress high reward. As a new server I found it difficult to catch on at times but I hung in and mastered the flow fairly quickly. The amount of tips you can make is insane, so for someone with serving experience or low experience this is a great place for a high hourly rate.

Great learning experience

The customers can be very brutal here. That's the only bad thing. I've learned a lot working here. The Managers have been very fair, and the staff is pretty awesome. The customers however will be really mean sometimes and they do dumb things like try to take the alcohol drink home even tho you explain it's illegal.

Work

It’s a good job. Especially as a starter job. It can be fast paced but the workers are very friendly and easy to work with. They answer questions and help out in anyway they can.

Management

They are too focused on numbers and not if their employees are happy or be treating properly in the work space. The managers bring outside emotions into the work place and make it harder than what it should be.

Lots of upward mobility

RMH provides an streamline, focused direction in order to move up within the company. They have a strong team culture, and it was my privilege to learn how to be a leader from them.

Not interested in employee well being

Only worried about the bottom line... putting managers in positions they shouldn’t be in. Upper management favoritism... work over 50 hours a week and some time 65. No joke!!!
