Is Rocket Fizz a turnkey business?

The owner is selling Rocket Fizz Lansing as a TURNKEY operation– meaning the current operational business (including all staff) will remain in operation as you take over! This sale includes not only all the equipment, supplies, staff, and inventory which makes this business operational… but the owner is willing to provide on-the-job training and onboarding to the new owner so that the new owners can enjoy a seamless transition. And they have ideas that can really make the business grow. The owners have intentionally restricted their marketing and sales efforts because of personal reasons which can be disclosed in our conversation about this opportunity. Just getting things back up and running at a normal pace will generate normal revenue and profit. But there are a lot of other ideas that haven’t been fully developed. One idea includes implementing an optional e-commerce system (that is fully linked as part of the existing point of sale!) which allows customers to purchase online and/or remotely and then updates the inventory and POS automatically, handles shipping (processes weight and everything!)… leading to increased sales… and this can now be implemented per store! There are countless other ideas including grouping older inventory and selling packages to get-togethers, corporate functions, parties, and other events. The owners are willing to divulge their secrets to the buyer and help get things rolled out so that the business is even more profitable and successful.

Can you have a YouTube channel on Lightspeeds?

Marketing. You are allowed to have social media accounts and a YouTube channel. In the past, we were prohibited from having individual websites and from selling online. In the past month however, we are now allowed to have an online sales platform through Lightspeeds eCommerce site, which links directly to the stores Lightspeed account. With that you are allowed to have a custom domain name but it must follow the RF naming rules. I believe it would be RocketFizzLansingMI.com. Marketing is 100% controlled by the franchisee. The franchisor does some things with media but they do nothing at all specifically for the local markets. Marketing has been intentionally and significantly scaled-down (virtually nonexistent) at this location due to the owner’s limited ability to manage the store due to health reasons. There is major upside and opportunity here as even moderate marketing will generate a significant increase in revenue.
