Why do we call Franchise City?

Smart investors call Franchise City because we have all the data on file. But more importantly, not everyone has the skills or background to successfully operate a senior care or staffing franchise. If you are a bad fit, even with the top franchises, you will not make money. A Taco Bell will have people walking in and buying a taco, but it doesn't really matter if you have no business skills, or are not a good communicator. With senior care, staffing and service-based businesses in general the owner is driving that business forward and they need to have specific skills in order to succeed. We provide a detailed skills assessment to all our clients as part of our free service.

Be careful, be respectful

Wine and design is owned by different people, while other employers different than my own, who violated a law by with holding my check, it was genuinely a fantastic job experience.

Your art is their property

Tips are usually good (make a tip jar for yourself). It's usually a fun time for birthdays, celebrations, social gatherings. Prepping usually involves your setup of each person's easel and paints and canvases need a pencil tracing to help guide customers. Cleanup is your responsibility.

Great if you don't want a raise or a life

I worked at this company for many years. I put a lot of time and energy into this job, off the clock, because I wanted to be the best worker I could be. A better artist gets more recognition and party requests, but you also need to be able to be a friendly hostess . At first I enjoyed the work and getting paid for painting submissions.

Amazing Setting but Poor management : (

I really enjoyed teaching classes, the satisfaction of seeing clients walk out with beautiful art pieces they're happy with is the best feeling. Unfortunately, the owner was a very difficult person, didn't put trust in the artists and was very controlling and rude.

Fun and Exciting work place

Customer interaction and environment creation is based on your own ability to create a atmosphere suitable for the large group of customers. Establishing a relationship with the group is very important and being able to satisfy individual needs as well.

Fun Part time job

Owners are amazing, work life balance is great. There is earning potential, but only have part time positions. You have to be outgoing to entertain guests and keep them happy and motivated about their art.

Best part-time gig ever!

If you’re outgoing, engaging, personable, entertaining, artistic and looking for a part-time creative outlet, Wine & Design is the place for you. We have a great team and we put the ART in pARTy!
