The initial training program includes approximately 38 hours of instruction in either an in-person classroom setting or live-virtual setting, which will be determined by the franchisor in its sole discretion. The in-person classroom setting will consist of four days of classroom training at the Massage Envy Franchise Support Center, located in Scottsdale, Arizona and/or at other locations the franchisor designates. The live-virtual setting will consist of four weeks of live-virtual training. In addition to the, the regional director/developer will provide 10 days of on-site training and representatives of the franchisor’s designated suppliers of skin care products and services will provide approximately two to four hours of training on product and service knowledge. The franchisor may require franchisees and/or their previously trained and experienced employees attend up to five days of additional or refresher training courses each year and a national business meeting or convention up to three days per year at the times and locations it designates.
