Franchisees must use the Approved Location solely for the operation of the franchised restaurant; must keep the franchised restaurant open and in normal operation as specified in the Manual; must refrain from using or permitting the use of the Approved Location for any other purpose or activity at any time without first obtaining the franchisor’s written consent; and must operate the franchised restaurant in strict conformity with the methods, standards and specifications in the Manual and as the franchisor may require otherwise in writing.
