There is a mostly working version here. There is a bug that certain players can't be edited but its only about 2-3% maybe. Also it hasn't been updated for all the new fields of Madden 20 like you can't edit XFactor or Superstar abilities.

Use this version it will by default show all files, ever since Madden 19 the roster files no longer have any file extension. Just make sure you open the ones that start with ROSTER-Name as AMP does not work on Franchise saves, there is a Franchise editor for that you can find on the OS forums.
