Any reason to NOT be a chiropractor?

I still am in a mental battle between pursuing a doctorate in chiro or pharma. Chiro would be my purpose as far as my ideals go, because I think big pharma is bullshit but I still consider putting my ideals aside to live a better life and have a better income.

There was a recent side discussion about chiropractors doing their exam, X-rays, consult, whatever they do for that first visit and whether it is wrong or unethical to not do treatment until a future visit.

Looking for the MRI research project done in the 90s showed low correlation to low back pain

I believe this was done in the 1990's or early 2000's. I'm fuzzy on the details. IIRC, the research project reviewed something like 1,000 or 10,000 or 100,000 MRI's. All of the images showed 'messed up low backs', things like disc degeneration, etc.

Can introverted Chiros be successful?

I'm a student currently, and more on the introverted side. One of the main reasons I went into Chiro is to help people, and though I knew my short comings I knew I wanted a career where I interact with people in order to better myself and my social skills. However, I'm not the most outgoing person, not the most charming and funny.
