I do like the more varied stats on prospects as-well, it seems to vary up what your players can be and I have had some lower tier prospects show promise, one ended up not working out in the long run but I’ve got more that are coming along.

Moving players out of position would drop the chemistry bar. I did have one case where having the C and RW switched out of place caused 3+ chemistry and when they were in the proper position the line had 5+ Chemistry.
