What is an IdentoGO Center?
IdentoGO Centers are locations where IDEMIA and our partners offer fingerprinting services in support of the many contracts we have with state and federal agencies, as well as commercial businesses. All IdentoGO Centers offer Livescan fingerprinting, which allows inkless, electronic fingerprint capture and secure digital submission. Some IdentoGO Centers also offer hard card fingerprinting, as required by contractual obligation.

I love the Work and job itself, they could work on better management though
Overall I enjoyed working with this company. Due to covid and an extreme family emergency I had to fly across the United States to take care of a sick parent. Long story short, I had problems with management and the lack of understanding for the situation. Would definitely recommend the job though
Meeting new people everyday. Fast paced
Very fast paced processing enrollments with in 6 minutes or less. Training is excellent, both online and in person. Must like standing constant movement. Management could be better.
Always something to learn, overall good job..
Position is very paced and demanding. Attention to detail is a must due to documents that have to be viewed before processing any applications.Jos security for sure!

Good hours, but not worth working there for the pay. You work alone all day and have an appointment every 10 min. But you’ll never know your schedule until you go in for the day and If you only have clients from 9-10 and the site closes at 2. You leave at 10, and only get paid for an hour

It was a good place to work besides the hours.I liked working there but did not like the hours and the thirty minute lunch breaks.I do not have anything else to say about them.

The coworkers I had were amazing! But the customers we had to fingerprint were sometimes very difficult and it really wasn't worth what we were getting paid. One employee made a $1 less than the rest of us and there was no explanation as to why. The most recent manager I had was just really horrible at his job.
