Would stay away at all costs

Would stay away at all costs. Charged extra fees for "contact fitting", took 45 mins just to check out, then were completely unavailable by phone to provide my prescription. Charged me 100$ and couldn't even use the prescription.

Poor customer service

Poor customer service, Inaccurate prescription (gave me prescription 'readers' though I did not order that, am still waiting for the proper glasses to arrive). Very inaccurate billing to insurance; billed wrong insurance; tried to get me to pay additional $247 to get my glasses AFTER already paid in full.

I went to Vision works at Murray UT

I went to Vision works at Murray UT. I was taken care of really good. Tyson was very knowledgeable, nice and helpful. He answered all my questions very patiently which helped me choosing right frame. I, definitely recommend Vision Works.

They are liars - cheaters - untrustworthy I will never do business with them again - so many better places to go to who know how to treat customers with respect!!!

Price Gouging

The optomitrist in the Sams Club was closed due to the pandemic, and I really needed new lenses, so went across the street to Visionworks. They did a good job in the exam and were pretty safe with masks and keeping surfaces clean. I got 2 pair of glasses and a year supply of contacts for around 1,200$.

Poor quality frames at high price, Never honor warranty

Poor quality frames at high price. They never honor warranty. We bought four pairs of glasses by the end of last year and 3 of those broken within a period of 6 to 10 months after that. When claimed, they started hide and seek with us and never actually fulfilled the claim. Very very disappointed.

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever and the phones are never answered! Nobody knows whats going on. Many different answers so hard to tell what is the truth. Real waste of time!
