Worst Customer Service

Everything started out 5 star. Paid the 29 dollar subscription fee and everything was fine during year one. Received one order late that had thawed. One phone call and a full credit. Year 2….renewed my subscription….went to place an order. The order was confirmed including free delivery as per my subscription.

Love Wild Fork

Love Wild Fork. Have ordered many times, have never been disappointed. Seafood is excellent too.

Solid pricing but potentially the worst customer service I've ever experienced

Ordered online- Items came quickly, however multiple items were damaged/ open upon arrival. Wouldn't order again. The prices are low which is good, but I had to throw out 8lbs of food due them being open upon arrival. Have tried to reach out to Customer service in multiple ways with no success.

Wild Fork Foods- Wow!!

Wild Fork Foods- Wow!!! I read some of these other reviews, and honestly I was shocked at the bad ones. I order from Wild Fork Foods every couple of weeks, and every time I place a order I make usually anywhere from $200.00-$300.00 purchases. These orders fill my home freezers full.

Great idea, poor execution

I was pretty happy with my first order from Wild Fork. But the turkey meatballs in my most recent order didn't taste nearly as good as ones I could have gotten at my supermarket. The skin on the duck breast was thick, gristly, and inedible. And the osso bucco was cut incorrectly and what should have been tidy little parcels of veal ended up as a heap of meat scraps. I've sent them two messages about the problems, and the auto-message that comes right back says they'll respond within 5 days.

If you are ordering online

If you are ordering online, I don't recommend them. I really liked their flash frozen chicken and vegetables. The ground lamb was not really good. But the worst part was paying 29.00 for membership. I ordered $40 worth of food and received a big box at my door with one sad looking chicken thrown in it. Their customer service is non-existent.

High prices for tiny portions

I spent over $200 for what I thought would be a good amount of food. The pictures in the website make the items seen good sizes.

Wild Fork products are always sold frozen even in their retail stores. None of that is disqualifying, but demonstrates how far our food production has moved to massive conglomerates and away from actual farmers. Yeah, there's a tension between price and producer size.
